As a former long-serving police officer and police prosecutor in the Mackay region, Marcus is street smart and has a unique insight into both sides of the justice and court system. He knows how the justice system operates and provides unmatched insight to achieve the best possible outcome for clients in a wide range of situations.

As a former police prosecutor, Rob has a thorough understanding of both the police prosecution and private practice elements of the legal system. Rob has the knowledge and expertise to provide his clients with clear and realistic advice, protecting their rights and ensuring fairness.

Originally from Mackay, Chloe completed a Bachelor of Laws at Bond University in 2023. Upon completion of her studies, she returned home to join the McKays’ Graduate Program. Chloe is currently working in our Litigation team, assisting in the areas of Family Law and Criminal Law.

With over 20 years of experience as a police prosecutor in North Queensland Sabine brings a wealth of courtroom expertise to our firm.
