Profile
After an accomplished career spanning more than 30 years in commercial law, Mark has transitioned from legal practice but continues to serve the community as a Notary Public from McKays Solicitors.
Mark was first appointed as a Notary Public for Queensland by the Archbishop of Canterbury in 2010, and in 2016 was advanced to the status of Fellow of The Australian and New Zealand College of Notaries — a recognition reserved for practitioners who demonstrate exceptional experience, integrity and commitment to the profession. He now focuses exclusively on providing notarial services for clients requiring the witnessing, certification and authentication of international documents.
Beyond his professional work, Mark continues to contribute to the community through his involvement in local charities, sporting organisations and regional initiatives. He is a former director of the Trudy Crowley Foundation, a cause he and McKays Solicitors remain proud supporters of.
Mark offers Notary Public services from the McKays Solicitors’ Mackay office, providing clients with trusted and experienced assistance for all international documentation requirements.
