Lloyd is a Director of McKays Solicitors and a leader of the McKays Property and Conveyancing team.
Tenacious and trustworthy, he is a highly respected commercial and property lawyer with an immense passion for, and wealth of knowledge of, the property market in Mackay, the Whitsundays, Coalfields and surrounds.
Lloyd is calm, measured and determined, with a flair for settling complex commercial transactions with ease.
He has extensive experience in commercial conveyancing, leasing, business acquisitions, franchising, succession planning, share sales and business structuring - including in the health, government, rural and mining sectors.
He regularly assists clients who require transactional advice and has become a go-to for legal advice related to complex commercial property sales, high profile business acquisitions and divestments and the complexities of layered sublease arrangements which affect most ports and islands across Queensland.
Lloyd graduated from James Cook University in March 2013 and was admitted as a Solicitor the same year. He manages a large team of conveyancing clerks and law graduates and has a passion for connecting and providing support to young professionals.
