Ali Ladd is a Senior Commercial Lawyer based in the Whitsundays, advising businesses, investors and individuals on a range of commercial and property matters.

Her practice focuses on commercial and business conveyancing, leasing, and general commercial transactions. Ali delivers clear, commercially astute advice, with a strong emphasis on risk management, efficiency and achieving practical outcomes.

Admitted as a solicitor in 2018, Ali developed a broad legal foundation across multiple areas of law before refining her practice in commercial matters. This breadth allows her to identify issues early and provide strategic, well-rounded advice that reflects both the legal and commercial realities facing her clients.

Ali is known for her pragmatic, solutions-focused approach and her ability to understand the detail of her clients’ businesses and investments. She is committed to delivering advice that is not only legally sound, but commercially effective.

Having lived in the Whitsundays since 2009, Ali brings valuable local insight to her practice. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from Griffith University and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Bond University, and has also undertaken international study at Oxford University in International Relations and Business Law.
