Molly practices within the family and criminal law team and can provide clients with advice on a range of matters, including parenting, property, traffic, domestic violence, and all criminal charges.

With a particular interest in both dispute resolution and advocacy, Molly guides clients through the difficult process of appearing in Court when necessary. Where possible Molly works with clients to attempt to negotiate outcomes without the need for lengthy litigation.

Molly undertook a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Arts at James Cook University in Townsville and commenced working at McKays in 2015. In 2017/ 2018 Molly volunteered for 12 months with the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions in the Solomon Islands as part of the Australian Volunteer Program, working to build the capacity of local lawyers.  Molly returned to McKays in November 2018.
