Molly Elliott, Senior Solicitor
Molly practices within the litigation team and can assist with a range of matters from debt recovery and commercial disputes to family and criminal law.
Molly can provide high level advice on a range of traffic and criminal matters and can guide clients through the process of appearing in Court.
Within Family Law, Molly works on both property and parenting matters, with a particular interest in parenting and assisting clients to reach a resolution that they can live with as a parent and which is in the best interests of the child.
Molly also has experience in debt recovery, particularly with assisting small business clients to collect and follow up their accounts, including pursuing debts through the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal (QCAT).
Molly undertook a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Arts at James Cook University in Townsville. During her studies, Molly spent two semesters in Canada, studying at the University of New Brunswick as an exchange student. Since joining McKays, Molly has worked in a number of teams, including residential conveyancing, commercial litigation, Family Law and Criminal Law.
