Neil assists clients with all types of commercial disputes and litigation. Neil also works in the banking and finance areas and has acted for various accountants and clients in relation to insolvency matters (administration, liquidation, statutory trusteeships, receiverships, bankruptcies and mortgage enforcements)
Career Summary:
Neil assists clients with all types of commercial disputes and litigation. Neil directed his studies towards a Bachelor of Laws whilst working as a Paralegal with a number of Brisbane Law Firms of varying size. He later joined the Australian Taxation Office, where he gained experience as a Compliance Officer. Upon leaving the ATO, Neil worked for various law firms as a solicitor gaining a wide range of knowledge in the legal field before joining McKays in July 2007.

• Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice
• Bachelor of Commerce
• Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Accounting
• Admitted as a Solicitor to the Supreme Court of Queensland
• Admitted as a Solicitor to the High Court of Australia
