Sean has found his niche in our commercial section where he works mainly in the business structuring and asset protection arena. Sean is very interested in exploring the issues behind setting up a business and achieving the most beneficial structures for his clients in terms of taxation, asset protection and commercial practicalities.
Career Summary:
Sean Diljore commenced work as an Article Clerk with McKays Solicitors in 2005, and has continued with the firm as a solicitor. Sean is an import from the Gold Coast, having obtained his degree through the Queensland University of Technology (Brisbane).
Since commencing with McKays Solicitors, Sean has practised in various areas including residential, business and commercial conveyancing, asset protection, estate planning and estate administration, commercial litigation along with body corporate issues and development matters.
Sean regularly presents at RealTrain seminars presented to real estate agents throughout the Mackay region and also conducts training sessions on various commercial matters for local accountants.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Laws (Queensland University of Technology); and
• Bachelor of Applied Science (Queensland University of Technology).

• Appointed as a Solicitor to the Supreme Court (Brisbane)
