Scott manages “McKays Consulting” which specialises in industrial relations and employment law, including dispute resolution, strategies for maximising workplace harmony by considering the alternatives of collective or individual agreements, anti-discrimination law and unfair dismissal. His employment law background is complemented by extensive experience in advising on local government law.
Scott has a particular interest in industry specific employment law and industrial issues, including trade contractors, local government, and health professionals. Scott also practises in commercial disputes.

Career Summary:
Scott was admitted as a solicitor in 1995, having completed his articles of clerkship with Barry Beaverson and Stenson (BBS).
Scott then continued as a solicitor with Barry Beaverson and Stenson (BBS), and became a partner of the firm in 1998. He continued as a partner of BBS until it merged with McKays Solicitors.
