Richard is an Accredited Family Law Specialist who has been working in the area of Family Law since June 1987. He specialises in all matters relating to family law and the law relating to defacto couples. He can help you come to terms with the breakdown of your relationship; help you through the trauma of divorce and advise you about how you can help your children during the break up of your relationship. Richard can also negotiate and resolve disputes regarding your property settlements; undertake actions raised in the children’s courts as well as utilising domestic violence protection orders.

Career Summary:

Richard joined McKays Solicitors in 1990. He has been a Queensland Law Society approved mediator for a number of years and for the past seven years he has regularly chaired Legal Aid conferences, to assist parties with resolution of family law matters.
