Della focuses on commercial and business law including residential and commercial conveyancing. She can assist you in drafting contracts and can act for you in a purchase or sale transaction, from the formation of a contract and negotiation right through to settlement. Della is also able to help with reviewing and advising you on commercial leases and franchise agreements.
She is extremely dedicated to client satisfaction and her strengths include client communication and her advocacy skills. Della also has experience in general commercial law and litigation matters and can assist you in debt recovery and commercial disputes.
Career Summary:
Della completed her Bachelor of Laws as a scholarship student at Bond University on the Gold Coast and has now returned to Mackay, where she grew up and attended school. Della joined the team at McKays Solicitors in May 2007 as a law clerk and was admitted as a Solicitor in November, 2007.
